BECOMING AN OUTDOOR FAMILY
June 4, 5 and 6, 2010
Hands on basic outdoor skills and experiences
for the entire family.

Come join us on June 4, 5&6, 2010 for our 13th year offering outdoor education experiences for the whole family. This program is a joint effort by the University of Vermont Extension, and the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources' Departments of Fish & Wildlife, and Forests, Parks & Recreation to promote, address and instill in the general public a basic understanding of environmental conservation, safety and fun in the out of doors. Expert instructors begin each class with the basics, providing hands-on experience and encouraging participants to ask questions. The variety of classes includes wildlife, forestry, orienteering skills, hiking, wildlife, photography, fitness, camping, kayaking, canoeing, firearm safety, fishing and much much more. Please check our website for specific workshop descriptions, specific requirements, prerequisites and any materials needed.

When entering your registration be sure to put (1) person in the Family Ticket Buyer and then the rest of your family members under the ticket called Family member Ticket - the rest of the family (enter quanity). If you are an instructor use the Workshop Instructor ticket for you and the Family Member Ticket - the rest of the family for the rest of your family members.
